Outlandish to comment on, yet serious enough to hide by force!!
It still puzzles me how this person got to be the president of the US for two consecutive terms and still is. One of his latest idiocies is planning to bomb Aljazeera headquarters in the business district of the capital of one of his closest, and most lenient, allies in the middle east.

So he actually thought seriously of it. He wasn't trying to keep an awkward conversation over the phone flowing by trying to say something he thought was exciting, rather it was something he slept over and was determined to do.
