Who's blood is cheaper?

The Baghdad morgue received 1100 bodies in July, as opposed to 1800 military scumbags who died since the invasion started. This number came from the morgue itself and not from the Americans or the Brits because as Tomy Franks put it "We don't do body counts" when asked about the number of Iraqi casualties.
